• Press facilities

	Amsterdam RAI has a number of facilities intended specially for representatives of the press and media. Below is a list: Accreditation The press room is located in the Europacomplex. Accreditation takes place in the press room during the fair. On production of press identification you will receive a press badge, a catalogue of the fair and (if necessary) an exit ticket for the car park. The press badge entitles you to visit the fair and related activities. In general, the badge also entitles you to attend conferences and seminars held in conjunction with the fair. However, it is advisable to check this in the press room beforehand. Press badges are not sent in advance. Opening hours press room In the period from 1 to 4 April 2006 the press room will be open from one hour before the start of the exhibition until about half an hour after its close. This means that it will be open from Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 April from 09.00 - 18.30 hours. On Friday 4 April from 09.00 - 16.30 hours. Parking facilities Before your visit to the RAI you can reserve a space in one of the RAI’s car parks. All you need to do is telephone the Press & PR Department of Amsterdam RAI. You will then receive a police pass and car park ticket valid for the day on which you wish to visit the fair. On production of this ticket you can gain access to the specified car park even if the signs outside show that it is full ('VOL'). How to get to the Amsterdam RAI >>. Working facilities The facilities in the press room will include a computer (with Internet access), printer, fax machine and telephones. There will also be a wall unit containing press information supplied by the show’s organiser and exhibitors. You can leave valuable equipment such as cameras and portable computers for safekeeping in one of the lockers in the press room. There is also a cloakroom (without attendants). For security reasons you cannot leave any of your items overnight. Digital press room Press information can be also be found on this website under the button 'press'. You can also download the logo and photos of the last edition in high resolution to use for publication. The information will be updated regularly. Illustrative material The Communications & PR Department of Amsterdam RAI arranges for photographs to be taken of important events at the fair. In addition, overall shots are taken. You can inspect and order these photos in the press room or after the show at the Communications & PR Department and via our website. You are allowed to take your own pictures of the show, including areas where the general public is not allowed to take pictures. Please present your press badge to the security officer. As for taking pictures of products at stands, we urge you to ask permission of the exhibitor first.
