Registration procedure Intertraffic Amsterdam 2012
CURRENT EXHIBITORS
All exhibitors of Intertraffic Amsterdam 2010 will have the first right to claim and rebook their present location (exact same size) for Intertraffic Amsterdam 2012 by submitting the official
registration form before the 8th of October 2010.
Exhibitors of 2010 that wish to have a bigger stand on the same location, should also fill out the registration form before the 8th of October 2010with a mention of their increased stand space requirements. As soon as the deadline expires we can make extra space available provided neighbouring stands have not been rebooked or will otherwise prioritize on other possible alternatives.
Exhibitors of 2010 wishing to reduce their stand space should also fill out the registration form before the 8th of October 2010. However, priority on location will be given to companies booking same or increased stand space.
Exhibitors of 2010 that wish to have a stand on a
different location, should also fill out the registration form before the 8th of October 2010 with a mention of their stand space requirements. These will be dealt with in order of receipt, so the earlier the better.
NEW EXHIBITORS
New exhibitors are invited and advised to submit their
registration form form as soon as possible. These will be dealt with in order of receipt, once the applications of existing exhibitors as described above have been processed.
Please note that taking an option on a stand is not possible.
