FAQ – Public Transport
Train tickets (Dutch railroad company NS)
How can I buy an NS train ticket? >>
When registering for the exhibition you can indicate whether you wish to use the public transport by train option. If so you can then purchase your rail ticket at the same time as your exhibition ticket. Once your payment has been finalised you will receive a separate registration confirmation by e-mail with a link to your NS e-ticket (by means of a voucher code). This voucher code needs to be activated in the NS web shop (click on the direct link in your e-mail confirmation). A print-out of your e-ticket, combined with a valid ID, serves as your train ticket.
How do I activate my NS e-ticket? >>
Click on the link in your registration confirmation and you will be immediately connected to the NS web shop. As your voucher code will already be entered in the appropriate box you simply have to enter your name, birth date and travel date. Confirm these details and your e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail address in a PDF file format.
Activate your voucher code in 6 easy steps:
1. Go to www.ns.nl/eticket/ticket and tick the box ‘I want to enter a voucher code’.
2. Enter the voucher code, departure station and travel date, and click on ‘continue’.
3. Enter your personal details (name and birth date) and click ‘to shopping cart’.
4. You will now see an overview of the product(s) you wish to purchase. Click on ‘continue’.
5. Enter your e-mail address and agree to the conditions. Click on ‘continue’.
6. The system will now confirm that you have successfully purchased your e-ticket. Click on the link to print your e-ticket. For your convenience you will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the link to your e-ticket.
How do I use the e-ticket? >>
Print your e-ticket on A4 paper. In combination with a valid ID (required because it is a personal e-ticket), this print-out serves as your train ticket. The conditions are stated on the e-ticket. For specific questions contact NS customer services (see details below).

How many tickets you can order depends on the exhibition type:
